At DoubleCrazy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
